We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

6. Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. We will provide a digital proof of the custom design before production begins. Any changes or adjustments must be communicated to us before the proof is approved.
